Whitegate Cemetery

The Tombs of the Unclaimed Prisoner!
This cemetery was for the unclaimed license plate tombstones made by other prisoners. Follow Fourth Street to the outskirts of Moundsville. Turn left on Tom’s Run and about 3/4 of a mile up the road you fill find the cemetery on your right across the creek.
