“Historic Archaeology: Beneath Kentucky’s Fields and Streets”

Look into the lives of ordinary people through discoveries made at several archaeological sites in Kentucky. The film covers the Frontier Period (1700s- 1820s), the Antebellum Period (1820-1860), the Civil War(1861-1865), and the Industrialization(1860s-1910s). Be sure to see the historic sites in the exhibit, “The Buried Past: Artifacts from West Virginia’s Wild, Wonderful History”.

This event will take place September 9th. The first showing will be at 1:00pm and the second will be at 3:00pm.
