Help the Grave Creek Mound Archaeological Complex plant the Interpretive Garden!
Plant corn, beans, squash, and other plants used by local prehistoric Native Americans in the Museum’s Interpretive Garden.
FREE Event and it is open to the public! 12pm-4pm
On June 1st there will also be a lecture at noon titled “Growing Corn During West Virginia’s Late Prehistory”. This presentation will be given by David Fuerst, President of the West Virginia Archaeological Society.
